Features
The micro encoder series are incremental encoders with the world's smallest resolution enabling a function for output of three short waves (wavelengths).

MES-6
• The micro minimum model
• Dimensions ø7.5 x 10.5mm , Incremental encoder 360 pulses
• A, B, Z
• Square wave open collector output

MES-9 (Single shaft)
MEH-9 (Hollow shaft)

• The micro model
• Dimensions ø13 x 20mm , Incremental encoder 1000 pulses
• A, B, Z
• Square wave open collector output , voltage output
• A hollow shaft type convenient for a small motor is prepared.

Used for:
• Small robots
• Small servo motors
• Further downsizing of the present equipment
