Timely Disclosure

Fundamental Stance for Timely Disclosure

The Company's fundamental stance is to provide timely and appropriate disclosure of company information that may significantly impact investors' investment decisions in accordance with the Company's Rules on Insider Trading Control.

Status of Internal System for Timely Disclosure

A system is in place so that important company information, including information on subsidiaries, flows to the Chief Information Officer (Chief Financial Officer) appointed by the President and Representative Director, regardless of whether such information concerns decisions, facts which occurred, or financial results.
The Chief Information Officer (Chief Financial Officer) who receives reports on company information decides whether the information is within the scope of mandatory disclosure information in accordance with the Timely Disclosure Rules upon consultation with the departments concerned, secures the approval of a Representative Director, and decides the scope of disclosure and the timing of disclosure.
Regarding matters requiring resolution by the Board of Directors, as soon as a resolution is made, facts determined are promptly notified to the Chief Information Officer (Chief Financial Officer) who decides execution of timely discourse.
The Chief Information Officer (Chief Financial Officer) who decided execution of timely discourse instructs the division responsible for IR about the procedure for disclosure of the said company information and its control.
Information is disclosed through registration on the Timely Disclosure Network (TDnet) and by providing information to the media, as necessary. The same information is also available on the Company's website.
