The development of the sealed full unit type makes the HarmonicDrive® CSG series (which includes our most high spec HarmonicDrive® models) even more complete.

With the same flat shape featured in other HarmonicDrive® models, the sealed structure offers simple design, for a product that is easier to handle.

Consider using it with a variety of mechanical parts, such as workpiece delivery or magazine driving for metal-cutting machines or general industrial machinery.

Motor mounting examples

Motor straight shaft, Motor taper shaft

The following assembly procedure is recommended to ensure installation precision.

  1. (1)Insert the spline into the motor shaft, then fasten it.
  2. (2)Mount the spline to the unit, then fasten it.
  3. (3)With the spline as reference, insert the motor into the unit, then fasten it.
  • Please provide your own input flange and fastener component.
