To improve the reliability of our Group’s environmental performance data for the entire HDS Group, we began acquiring third-party verification in FY2023 for our GHG emissions (Scope 1 and Scope 2, both market-based and location-based), as well as water usage (water withdrawal, water discharge, and water consumption).

In FY2024, we also acquired third-party verification for Scope 3 GHG emission categories 4, 9, and 11 (for all consolidated subsidiaries in Japan only).

We will perform continuous verifications and broaden their scope to strengthen our data verification.
