Rotary Actuators

An AC servo actuator that combines a dedicated flat AC servo motor design with Harmonic Drive®. This series features a flat, hollow bore structure, which can simplify the overall structure of machinery and equipment. You can select either the SHA-SG type that features a compact shape, or the SHA-CG type with an improved output shaft surface runout accuracy.

The SHA-M Series models support connection with MELSERVO-J4 amplifiers. They can be used in SSCNET III/H communication networks.

The SHA-P Series models support connection with MINAS-A6 and A5 amplifiers. They can be used in RTEX and EtherCAT communication networks.

The SHA-Y Series models support connection with Σ7 amplifiers. They can be used in MECHAROLINK-III communication networks.

The FHA-C mini Series of AC servo actuators are incomparably thin and compact. They even have a hollow structure. This allows high torque and high positional accuracy operation despite the compact size.

The FHA-C mini series model support connection with the MELSERVO-J4 amplifiers. They can be used in SSCNET Ⅲ/H communication networks.

FHA-C Series AC servo actuators are ultra flat. They are incomparably thin and feature a hollow structure. The RSF supermini Series of ultra compact and high torque AC servo actuators combine an ultra small AC servo motor and Harmonic Drive®. Utilize this product for compact device and research applications that require a small size and high torque.
