The HDS Group recognizes that occupational health and safety underpins its corporate activities and is an important element of its corporate social responsibility. We therefore strive to prevent occupational accidents by implementing the following initiatives as part of our business activities.

Identify hazards and risks related to health and safety in our business activities and reduce them

2.

Comply with laws and regulations related to occupational health and safety in addition to our internal rules

3.

Thoroughly implement the “five S’s” (seiri = organization, seiton = tidiness, seiso = cleaning, seiketsu = cleanliness, and shitsuke = discipline), establish work procedures for health and safety, and conduct necessary education and training

4.

Constantly review and continuously improve the effectiveness of the occupational health and safety management system

5.

Actively promote mental health care
